For our guests coming from abroad, we plan the treatment process before they arrive and offer transparent and safe healthcare.
What you can prepare before writing
It makes it easier for us to get back to you if your first message includes these few details:
- The service you are interested in, or a note saying "I'm not sure, I'd like an examination first"
- The dates you will be in Istanbul
- Your phone number with the country code
- How you prefer us to contact you: phone or email
You can send your medical history, your complaint or documents such as X-rays by email. You can bring the medicines you use and any old images you have with you when you come for the examination; we will talk about them face to face.

At the first appointment, we prepare your treatment plan together
Our first meeting is not a treatment session but a comprehensive examination.
From the moment you step into our clinic, our priority is to listen to you and understand you. Your dentist listens to the complaints that brought you to this process, evaluates your oral health as a whole and, where they consider it necessary, carries out imaging examinations.
Then they convey the findings they have obtained to you in completely transparent and plain language. If there are different treatment options in front of you, we talk in detail about the advantages of each, the number of sessions each will require and how it can be adapted to your holiday or travel plans in Istanbul. We never rush in deciding which step to take, and decide together, entirely with your approval; we begin treatment only once the plan is clear.
A Small Suggestion for Your Travel Plan
The treatment plan can only become clear in the healthiest way after a face-to-face examination. For this reason, leaving at least a day of flexibility after the examination day when you make your flight and accommodation plans will make your process much more comfortable.
Some comprehensive treatments may not fit into a single visit; for example, implant treatments generally require a waiting period of a few months for the bone to fuse. We share such situations, and how many trips will be needed, with you with complete openness at our very first meeting, so that you encounter no surprises.
